Job summary

SkinTech Lab Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support stock control and order fulfilment within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will receive, inspect, record, and store goods, and use ERP systems to keep inventory up to date.

This role focuses on accurate picking, packing, labeling and timely dispatch. The ideal candidate has at least one year in warehousing, good English literacy and basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of working experience in a warehouse, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to operate computers adequately.

• Book materials into the ERP system.
• Print labels and apply them to the materials containers.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Store and organise stock safely and efficiently.
• Update information into the ERP in a timely manner.
• Handle material movement within the manufacturing areas such as production and laboratories.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and delivery teams to ensure the correct amount and the correct types of materials are sent to the production team on time.
