Job summary

TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring is seeking a Warehouse Operative (Days) on a fixed-term basis for our Cambridge branch. Be part of a supportive team ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations while meeting key safety and efficiency goals.

The role runs 7AM–4PM, Monday to Friday, with training and progression opportunities within a growing company. A forklift licence and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage stock and assist in daily warehouse tasks.
• Understanding of health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
• Experience with loading/unloading deliveries and manual handling.

• Support general day-to-day warehouse operations
• Managing stock inventory and performing stock checks
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines
• Valid forklift licence (essential – counterbalance or reach)

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative (days) - FTC to join our team at our Cambridgebranch. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a hardworking and friendly team, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations.

Great hours: 7AM -4PM / Monday to Friday
