Job summary

Regional Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Tamworth to perform general warehousing duties in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a temporary-to-permanent path for the right candidate and starts immediately with a pay rate of £12.80 per hour.

You will work a shift pattern covering 6AM–2PM or 2PM–10PM, complying with health and safety policies, and contributing to efficient picking, packing, loading and unloading activities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in fast paced production or logistics environments.
• Previous picking/packing work is desirable.
• Must be physically fit for the role.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily production runs and tasks.
• Meet required output within each shift.
• Follow health and safety policies.
