Job summary

Mainfreight is seeking a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Associate for our Radius Drive Warehouse in Larapinta. This full-time role offers real-world exposure across warehousing operations and multiple departments, building a foundation for a future in operations or leadership within our international supply chain.

You'll gain experience in receiving, inventory, order picking, packing, shipping, and safety practices while using technology and equipment.

Job description

Our Radius Drive Warehouse is on the hunt for motivated, quality driven team to join them.

This hands-on role offers a pathway to learn the ins and outs of warehousing operations. You'll gain real-world experience across multiple departments, setting the foundation for a successful future in operations, stock coordination, or leadership roles within our business.

This role is full time (45 hours per week), Monday to Friday, based on site in Larapinta.

Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Receiving and Inspecting Goods

Inventory Management

Order Picking and Packing

Shipping and Dispatch

Maintaining Warehouse Cleanliness and Safety

Communication and Team Collaboration

Using Technology and Equipment

Loading & unloading trucks

The successful candidate will:

Be highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Hold a current forklift license and have experience in operating both counterbalance forklifts and high reach trucks

Demonstrate great attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning

Be a natural problem-solver who enjoys operational challenges

Show initiative, ownership, and a desire to improve how things are done

Be well-presented, professional, and a strong team player

Have a genuine interest in building a long‑term career in Operations or/ Management

The ability to work under pressure
