Job summary

New Aim, Australia's leading ecommerce enterprise, is seeking a hands-on warehouse specialist in Melbourne. You will operate a High Reach forklift, load and unload goods, and support efficient stock replenishment in a fast-paced environment.

You must hold a valid LF forklift licence and have at least 1 year of High Reach experience, with comfort handling Level 5-6 racking. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential to join our growing logistics team.

Qualifications

• Valid LF forklift licence is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating a High Reach forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in operating a High Reach forklift, including Level 5-6 racking.
• Physically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 25kg.
• Strong awareness of warehouse safety and OH&S requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload goods from trucks, linehaul trailers, local vehicles, and inbound containers.
• Perform daily put away and replenishment using a High Reach forklift, ensuring pallets are placed safely and securely.
• Ensure pallets are stable, undamaged, and correctly positioned to maintain a safe working environment.
• Meet loading, unloading, replenishment, and put away targets with safety and accuracy.
• Conduct manual handling and order picking as required.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with OH&S requirements.

Your Role:

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Safely load and unload goods and pallets from trucks, linehaul trailers, local vehicles, and inbound containers
• Perform daily put away and replenishment using a High Reach forklift, ensuring all pallets are placed safely, squarely, and securely in the correct warehouse locations (including Level 5-6 racking)
• Ensure pallets are stable, undamaged, and correctly positioned to maintain a safe working environment
• Meet loading, unloading, replenishment, and put away targets while maintaining safety, accuracy, and zero damage
• Conduct manual handling and order picking as required
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with all company policies and OH&S requirements

To be successful, you must have:

• Valid LF (High Reach) forklift licence - mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a High Reach forklift in a warehouse environment
• Proficient in operating a High Reach forklift, including Level 5-6 racking
• Physically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 25kg
