Job summary

Sanector Adelaide, part of SMYA, seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Adelaide. You will drive performance, coach teams and ensure safe, efficient logistics.

The role runs Monday to Friday 7:30am–3:30pm, requires 3–5 years in warehousing, strong stock control, and a proactive mindset with forklift and driver's licenses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leadership experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong inventory management and stock control experience.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Valid driver's license and forklift license
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team supporting employee performance and development.

SANECTOR are a dynamic organisation providing the Australian wine & beverage industries a comprehensive range of services relating to bottling, packaging, warehousing and distribution of wine and beverages.

Reporting to the Site Manager, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager who thrives on delivering results. This is more than managing a warehouse- it's an opportunity to lead, influence, and drive performance. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, improve processes, develop your team, and create a warehouse operation that consistently delivers outstanding results.

This role is typically a Monday - Friday, 7:30am -3:30pm role.

Key Responsibilities
