Job summary

SANECTOR is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a high-performing warehouse team in Adelaide. The role emphasizes autonomy, decision-making, and driving end-to-end warehouse performance across safety, quality and delivery targets.

You will be responsible for budget outcomes, staff development, and establishing processes that ensure consistent, measurable improvements in efficiency and stock control. A Monday–Friday role with standard daytime hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leadership experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong inventory management and stock control experience.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift license.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Lead a high-performing warehouse team to consistently achieve operational targets.
• Coach and develop the warehouse team to support performance and development.
• Take ownership of warehouse performance and deliver measurable results.

SANECTOR are a dynamic organisation providing the Australian wine & beverage industries a comprehensive range of services relating to bottling, packaging, warehousing and distribution of wine and beverages.

Reporting to the Site Manager, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager who thrives on delivering results. This is more than managing a warehouse—it's an opportunity to lead, influence, and drive performance. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, improve processes, develop your team, and create a warehouse operation that consistently delivers outstanding results.

This role is typically a Monday - Friday, 7:30am -3:30pm role.

Key Responsibilities
