Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse management and leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to drive inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Experience embedding process discipline and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a small warehouse team.
• Driving inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Embedding process discipline and governance.
• Working closely with field operations teams.
• Supporting warehouse transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring safety, compliance and operational excellence.
• Understand current inventory performance, stock holdings and warehouse processes and look for areas of improvement.
• Run day-to-day warehouse operations and leadership responsibilities.
