Job summary

Mineral Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join the Supply team at Iron Valley. You will lead the warehouse team, supervise loading, inventory, freight coordination and ensure safety and compliance with CoR and site procedures.

Based at Iron Valley, 75km north-west of Newman, the role demands strong leadership, ERP experience, and capability to manage rosters, training, and continuous improvement in a remote mining environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics supervisory position.
• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics functions in a remote warehouse setting.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Experience with CoR and road legislation as it applies to freight transport.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and transport booking software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with all warehouse safety requirements.
• Report hazards, incidents, daily inspections, actions and safety observations.
• Manage and complete the annual cycle count process.
• Build professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure priority and shutdown freight is received and dispatched on time.
• Ensure invoices are processed in line with contractual terms.
• Audit manifests and trailers for trailer utilisation and CoR compliance.
• Ensure shipments comply with CoR and transport regulations.
• Enter, monitor and report on trailer utilisation data.
• Complete daily pre-starts and walk-arounds with freight coordinators.
• Identify and report on process improvements.
• Manage roster, overtime and leave for direct reports.
• Facilitate training for the team.
• Be available for rostered call-outs.
• Lead and develop your people with inclusive leadership.
