Mineral Resources Limited seeks a Mining Supervisor to lead a high-performing crew on our Iron Ore project at Lamb Creek. You will report to the Mining Superintendent, drive safe and efficient operations, and manage up to 30–40 operators across shifts.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong safety focus and accountability, with a 7 days on / 7 nights on / 7 days off (2/1) roster, FIFO from Perth, and growth opportunities through training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining/open pit production.
• Demonstrated 2 years’ supervisory experience in open pit environments.
• Statutory – Schedule 26 holder or ability to attain.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and safety culture.

Responsabilités

• Oversee assets, people, plant and equipment to hit safety, quality and cost targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and daily workforce interactions.
• Provide technical support and develop the team to reach potential.
• Ensure KPIs stay aligned with company objectives and safety standards.

About the Opportunity

As a Mining Supervisorwith MinRes, reporting to the Mining Superintendent you'll take ownership of a high-performing crew on our newest Iron Ore project at Lamb Creek, driving safe, efficient, and productive operations across every shift. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, holds the line on safety, and knows how to get the best out of the people around them. You will lead a crew of up to 30-40 operators to reach production targets safely, and on time.

Working a 7 days on / 7 nights on / 7 days off roster (2/1), you’ll have the time on site to build a genuine team culture, and also have the time at home to enjoy everything that matters outside of work.

• Overseeing and managing our assets, including people, plant, and equipment, to achieve operational outcomes in safety, quality, performance, efficiency, and cost
• Conducting regular site inspections and daily interactions with the workforce
• Providing technical and practical support to operators, as well as developing your team to reach their full potential.
• Ensuring team output and KPIs are on track, in line with Company objectives
• Maintaining and fostering a working environment that prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service.

What is required?

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a Mining and open pit Production Environment
• Demonstrated 2 years’ supervisory experience in an open pit environment
• Hold a Statutory – Schedule 26
• Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero harm culture
• Diploma of Surface Mining Operations desirable, if not attained MinRes invest in your pathway to attain it.
