Job summary

Thales Group is seeking an on-site Warehouse Operator at Mulwala to manage receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of stock. You will operate forklifts, load/unload deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records while handling dangerous goods and regulated materials in line with procedures.

The role requires a current forklift licence, experience in warehouse/logistics, strong computer literacy, and a safety-focused, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence.
• Experience working in a warehouse, stores, logistics or inventory environment.
• Strong computer literacy and experience using inventory management systems.
• Experience operating forklifts, manual handling equipment and performing physical work.
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, communication and attention to detail.
• Handle dangerous goods, hazardous substances and other regulated materials in line with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of stock using inventory systems.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload deliveries while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Handle dangerous goods, hazardous substances and other regulated materials in line with procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organised warehouse environment and provide excellent service to internal customers.
