Synergie Australia is seeking a reliable Labourer with a current Australian forklift licence to join our Braemar NSW warehouse team. This ongoing permanent role involves moving products manually and by forklift, keeping the area clean and safe, and supporting tradespeople and colleagues in a busy workshop environment.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, punctual and able to work well in a team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Australian forklift LF licence.
• Experience in labouring/warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Physically fit and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload and move materials and equipment.
• Assist with general labouring duties around the workshop and warehouse.
• Receive, check and store incoming goods and prepare outgoing items.
• Move, organise and maintain stock, tools and materials.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and freight.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support tradespeople and team members with day-to-day operational tasks.
