Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or distribution centre experience is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail for accurate stock management and order fulfilment.
• Physically fit to lift and move items during shifts.
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with WMS preferred but not essential.
• Forklift certification or willingness to undergo training.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers, take orders, and advise on products.
• Receive, check and process stock and inbound shipments.
• Label, store, and organise products in warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels in the system.
• Pick and pack orders; prepare shipments with correct labels and documents.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (where trained).
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Support the team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Follow established procedures to ensure efficient operations.
