Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and loves keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee our Inbound Team at the Adore Beauty Customer Fulfilment Centre, ensuring stock flows in safely, efficiently and on time so our customers get their orders without a hitch.

This role blends hands-on leadership with process improvement, safety management and team development. You will work closely with the CFC Manager and your team leaders to deliver on daily targets, keep safety front of mind and find smarter ways of working.

About the Role

You will take ownership of all inbound operations, from receiving inventory to getting it into storage ready for fulfilment. One day you might be streamlining a receiving process, the next resolving a supplier delivery issue or leading a site safety meeting.

You will be responsible for both day-to-day team performance and longer-term process improvements, balancing operational efficiency with a strong, positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the Inbound Team to achieve operational and safety targets.
  • Manage rosters, approve timesheets, and conduct performance discussions for your team leaders.
  • Run weekly and monthly leadership meetings and communicate outcomes to your team.
  • Oversee daily stock receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee picking of stock for store launches and daily replenishment to ensure timely and accurate supply.
  • Manage transport operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and on-time deliveries.
  • Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Manage procurement of consumables for the inbound area.
  • Drive a strong safety culture by reporting and addressing hazards, near misses, and incidents.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement process improvements.

Who You Are:

You are a proactive, organised and solutions-focused leader who enjoys working with people as much as improving processes. You thrive in a busy, high-volume environment and can keep things moving without losing sight of the details.

You lead with a calm, confident style that builds trust and respect. You know how to motivate your team, set clear expectations and create a safe, supportive workplace. You are comfortable making decisions, even when the pressure is on, and you back yourself to solve problems quickly and effectively.

You have a strong commercial mindset and understand the importance of balancing efficiency with accuracy. You enjoy analysing data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement, and you are not afraid to challenge the status quo if there is a better way to get results.

You bring:

  • 2+ years’ leadership experience in a large warehousing environment
  • Proven people management skills, including coaching and performance management
  • Experience in supplier management and negotiation
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
  • Confidence using inventory and order management systems as well as business analytics tools
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships across all levels

Working at Adore Beauty – Perks & Benefits
