Job summary

Night n Day Group in Caringbah, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse General Hand/Dispatch Operator to join our busy team. You will be responsible for accurately packing and dispatching customer orders while supporting general warehouse operations and maintaining a safe, efficient workplace.

These are permanent full-time daytime roles designed for motivated individuals who take pride in accuracy and reliability; the position offers on‑the‑job training and development, with a 38-hour week from

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and ERP systems.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks up to 15-20 kg.
• Computer literacy and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders with accuracy.
• Coordinating with couriers to maintain smooth deliveries.
• Updating internal stakeholders via email/Slack.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records (ERP training provided).
• Receiving and inspecting stock against orders and documentation.
• Keeping stock organised and checked for accuracy.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and following housekeeping procedures.

About the Role

Located in Caringbah | Monday to Friday | 8am–4pm (Thurs finish 4:30pm) | 38 hrs per week

We are looking for experienced Dispatchers & General Hands to join our warehouse team, responsible for accurately packing and dispatching customer orders while supporting general warehouse operations and maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workplace.

These roles are perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a high volume work environment.

• Computer literate with data entry or ERP experience
• Are physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks (safe lifting 15 -20 kgs)

• Manage your time well / organised
• Care about customers and delivering great service
• Are reliable, punctual, have a positive attitude, strong work ethic

Bonus points:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift licence

Key Responsibilities

No two days are the same, but you’ll be right in the heart of the action:

• Picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders with precision
• Coordinating with couriers to keep deliveries running smoothly
• Updating internal stakeholders / team members, through email and slack channels
• Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP systems training provided) and stock control
• Receive and inspect incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Keeping stock organised and accurate
• Operate warehouse equipment safety, and follow workplace and general housekeeping procedures
