Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment in Padstow NSW is seeking a reliable Warehouse General Hand to join a logistics company on a casual basis with a view to permanent employment. Hours are 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday, with a hand-on role in a busy warehouse environment.

You will handle general duties such as packing, box making, stacking cartons, and assisting with dispatch, stock putaway and RF-scanned order picking.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required, including RF scanning.
• Experience safely operating pallet jacks.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling safely.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Ability to follow instructions and take initiative after training.

Warehouse General Hand / Pick Packer

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a reliable Warehouse General Hand to join a Logistics Company in Padstow. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys practical warehouse work and being part of a team.

Location: Padstow NSW
Salary: $34p/hr
Work pattern: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm
Employment: Casual with a view to permanent employment

About the role

Your main focus will be general warehouse duties, including making boxes, stacking cartons, moving pallets and keeping work areas organised. You’ll also support picking, packing and dispatch as required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making boxes and replenishing packaging materials.
• Stacking and organising cartons.
• Moving pallets safely using pallet jacks.
• Keeping warehouse areas clean, tidy and orderly.
• Picking and packing orders using RF scanners.
• Assisting with stock putaway and dispatch.

About you

To be successful, you will bring:

• Previous warehouse experience, including RF scanning.
• Experience safely operating pallet jacks.
• Confidence undertaking repetitive tasks and safe manual handling.
• Reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to assist with general warehouse duties.
• The ability to follow instructions, work well within a team and take initiative once trained.
