Job summary

Grace Records Management is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse & Delivery Driver based in Warana to securely handle vital records for top organisations and government agencies. The role involves daily warehouse tasks, scanning, loading/unloading, and occasional deliveries.

No extensive experience is required as full training is provided across warehouse operations and delivery driving, with a supportive team and career growth opportunities in a secure industry.

Qualifications

• Forklift LF preferred but not essential.
• RF scanning desirable with training as required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Transport experience advantageous.
• A valid car licence is required for the secondary component.
• MR Licence advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out daily warehouse tasks, including picking and packing sensitive files.
• Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks.
• Using scanners, PCs and other technologies to support inventory and order processing.
• Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles.
• Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required).
• Ensuring secure handling, delivery and storage of client records.

We're looking for someone reliable, motivated, and ready to learn - no extensive experience required, as full training is provided across warehouse operations and delivery driving.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out daily warehouse tasks, including picking & packing sensitive files
• Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks
• Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing
• Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles

About You

• Forklift Licence – LF (an advantage but not essential)
• RF scanning - (desirable & training as required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
