Job summary

Grace Information Management in Warana, Queensland, is seeking a Facility Worker/Driver to join the team. Full-time role based at Warana with training provided.

You will handle daily warehouse tasks, inventory checks, and support delivery drivers, with emphasis on secure handling of client records and excellent customer service.

Candidates with forklift licence (an advantage), RF scanning, and a valid car licence for secondary roles are encouraged to apply; no extensive experience required.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
• A valid car licence is required as a minimum for the secondary component of the role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Transport experience is advantageous.
• MR Licence is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out daily warehouse tasks including picking & packing sensitive files
• Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks
• Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing
• Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles
• Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required)
• Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records

Full-Time Warehouse & Delivery Driver – Warana

We have a full-time position available based in Warana and are looking for the right person to join our team.

We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. If you're reliable, motivated, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

No extensive experience is required—we'll provide full training in all aspects of the role, including warehouse operations and delivery driving.
