Qualifications

Experience in warehouse or counter sales preferred.
Ability to learn and provide knowledgeable advice to customers.
High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Forklift licence desirable but not required.
Willingness to relocate to Cairns.

Responsibilities

Receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders promptly and accurately.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Assisting customers at the counter with product information and recommendations.
Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring safe packing and shipping.
Participating in warehouse management systems and procedures.
Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of warehouse operations.
