Job summary

MOTION is seeking a motivated individual to join our CBC Toowoomba branch as a store person, supporting warehouse operations, shipping, inventory, and order processing. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm, with career development opportunities and exclusive benefits through our platform.

As a member of the team, you will process orders, handle receiving and dispatching, operate forklifts when required, and contribute to a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience within a similar role.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Computer literate at an intermediate level.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Ability to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas.
• Proven safety and quality focus & perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures.
• Willingness to work as part of a team, and do whatever is required, to help achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

• Process orders – confirming order slips, pick and pack.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Attend to receiving and dispatching of stock.
• Operate forklifts – loading and unloading when required.
