Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations on a Tullamarine site. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory accuracy within a regulated environment.

The role requires experience in warehousing and logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Onsite work with potential forklift/licensing considerations is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Experience using WMS and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
• A current driver's license is required.
• A current Forklift license (LF) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Allocate workloads and support daily warehouse operations to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure customer and internal orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, quality, and operational procedures.
• Investigate and elevate inventory or operational issues when required.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, reporting, and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
• Provide hands‑on warehouse support and assist with operational requirements as needed.

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence? We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of materials and products.

In this hands-on role, you will work closely with warehouse leadership, operational teams, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards of performance, compliance, and customer service within a regulated environment.

This role will be onsite at our Tullamarine premises.

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

• To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound problem‑solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
• A current driver's license is required.
• A current Forklift License (LF) is preferred.
