Job summary

Cummins Laverton is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and kitting activities while leading a small team of Store persons. You will work with the Operations Manager to ensure safe, efficient service to internal and external customers, and to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires leadership capabilities, strong communication and organisational skills, and a current HR Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment, ideally in a leadership or coordinator role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a small team while maintaining strong customer service standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and collaborate across multiple teams.
• A current HR Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain one) and experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Confidence learning new systems, with SAP or other warehouse management system experience highly regarded.

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our Laverton team. In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll coordinate day‑to‑day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and kitting activities while leading a small team of approximately three Store persons.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll help ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and delivers exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Ensure employees and safety representatives are consulted on any proposals or changes to the workplace, work practices, policies, or procedures that may affect the health and safety of employees.
