Job summary

Ideal applicants will have experience in transport or logistics, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse systems such as Cargowise/WMS.

Toll Recruit are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Ingleburn. Our client's warehouse transports products for their high-end retail customers, from clothing and shampoo to energy products such as heat pumps. The role requires someone to complete office duties as well as hands-on duties on the warehouse floor.

This is an ongoing casual position currently offering shifts Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the transport industry, and outstanding customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: administration, warehousing and logistics, customer service
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with Cargowise or WMS
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external customers
• Attention to Detail: Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ongoing casual position
• Variety of warehouse and administration duties
• Work for a leader in logistics with a focus on safety, sustainability, and operational excellence
