Job summary

Armstrong Flooring, a leading Australian distributor and manufacturer, is opening a Braybrook warehouse. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and be involved in picking, packing, strapping, and dispatch readiness of flooring products.

The role requires a valid forklift licence (reach and counterbalance), teamwork, ability to work without supervision, warehouse experience, and the physical capability for heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required with reach and counterbalance experience.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
• Excellent comprehension of written and verbal instructions.

What is the role?

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position may be responsible for but not limited to:

Picking / Packing / Strapping of flooring products ready for dispatch

Maintaining a safe working environment

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an adaptable, resourceful, and proactive employee with the following attributes:

Valid forklift licence, with experience in both reach and counterbalance isessential

Ability to work as a team member as well as ability to work without supervision

Prior experience in a warehouse environment

Be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting where required

Excellent comprehension of written and verbal instructions

Strong work ethic and a positive and energic attitude

This position is a full time role, commencing as soon as possible.The role entails a variety of work, excellent wages, onsite parking, and great working conditions.
