Job summary

Harris Farm Markets in Greystanes DC is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, dispatching and stock control in a fast-paced fresh food environment.

You will be part of a team, operate an RF scanner, assist with pallet wrapping and loading/unloading trucks. An early start and own transport are preferred; forklift licence is advantageous but training is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stay organised.
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and dispatching goods.
• Stock take and stock control.
• General warehouse duties.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.
• Pick, pack products with RF Scanner and wrap pallets.
• Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials to required locations.
• Maintain a safe, debris-free workspace and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and dispatching goods
• Stock take and stock control
• General warehouse duties
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and able to perform well under pressure
• Pick, pack products with RF Scanner, wrap pallets
• Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors
• Stack and organize large bulk items and able to follow instructions.
• Able to load and unload trucks
• Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations
• Wear safety gear at all times
• Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
• OT as required, including weekends and public holidays

About you

You love to work as an active member of the team to complete team goals and bring energy and enthusiasm to every task. An early start and own transportation will be required to get to site.

Forklift licence an advantage (not essential, can be trained)
