Iluka Resources is a leading global producer of critical minerals, zircon and high-grade titanium dioxide feedstocks. In partnership with the Australian Government, Iluka is developing Australia’s first fully integrated rare earths refinery at Eneabba in Western Australia’s Mid West.
The refinery will produce both light and heavy separated rare earth oxides, supporting diversified global supply chains for minerals essential to defence, renewable energy, electric vehicles, robotics and advanced technologies.
We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Superintendent to join our team at Eneabba. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage and dispatch of materials supporting refinery operations.
You will lead a team of Storepersons, maintain effective inventory controls and work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure materials are available when required. You will also establish high standards of safety, accuracy, organisation and accountability across warehouse operations.
You will also lead a site based Shipping and Logistics Team, responsible for site control of multiple products and shipping those products to ports or transport hubs for distribution worldwide.
This is an opportunity to build a flexible and productive warehouse & logistics function that will support the long‑term success of Australia’s first fully integrated rare earths refinery.
