Job summary

Impact HR Group is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse in Marsden Park. You will operate high reach forklifts, handle putaways, replenishment, picking, loading/unloading, and RF scanning in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires current LF forklift licence and proven high reach experience, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and reliability. Day shifts, ongoing hours, and immediate start available with a reputable employer.

Impact HR Group is currently recruiting experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a leading distribution and warehousing operation based in Marsden Park.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious forklift operator looking for stable, ongoing employment with a reputable business. We are seeking candidates with proven high reach experience who are confident working at height in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Role

Working within a busy warehouse, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating high reach forklifts
• Putaways and replenishment of stock
• Picking from racking locations
• Loading and unloading trucks
• RF scanning and inventory movements
• Pallet management and stock rotation
• Maintaining warehouse presentation and safety standards
• General warehouse support as required

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Proven high reach forklift experience (essential)
