Job summary

Labourforce is seeking a Warehouse All-Rounder / Delivery Driver for the Fyshwick depot. You will deliver auto glass to branches and customers, and support warehouse tasks in a hands-on role.

Start times are between 6:00am–7:30am, Monday–Friday (38 hours per week) with overtime. A manual driving licence and safety focus are essential; training and potential permanent placement are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Delivery driving experience is essential.
• Experience in warehousing is required.
• Ability to handle multi-drop routes and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver auto glass to company branches and customers.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and care for the vehicle.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and on time.
• Unpack and hand-deliver fragile automotive glass.
• Perform manual handling of glass and accessories.
• Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle.
• Present a professional image and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist in warehouse tasks and order picking/packing.
• Prepare orders for dispatch.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Delivery Drivers / Warehouse All-Rounders to join their team at the Fyshwick Depot. This role offers ongoing, stable work with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver auto glass to company branches across NSW and directly to customers
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain care of the allocated company vehicle
• Complete multi-drop deliveries in a safe, professional, and timely manner
• Safely unpack and hand-deliver fragile automotive glass along designated delivery routes
• Perform manual handling of automotive glass and related accessories
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the company vehicle
• Present yourself professionally and deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Assisting within the warehouse
• Picking and packing orders
• Preparing orders for dispatch

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar delivery driving role
• Previous experience within the warehousing industry
• Valid driver’s licence (manual driving experience highly desirable)
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality service
