Atlas Liquor | Minchinbury, NSW

Full-Time | Tuesday–Friday | 35-40 hours per week
Pay: Negotiable – hourly or day rate

Atlas Liquor Distribution is a growing independent liquor wholesaler based in Minchinbury, supplying restaurants, bars and hospitality venues across Greater Sydney.

We’re looking for a reliable, physically fit and friendly Warehouse Hand / Delivery Driver to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently and dealing with customers. The majority of your day will be spent making deliveries around Sydney, with several hours each morning preparing orders in our Minchinbury warehouse.

The Role

Your typical day will involve:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Hand loading the delivery van each morning
• Delivering liquor orders to restaurants, bars and other hospitality venues across Greater Sydney
• Hand unloading cartons, beer cases, spirits and kegs
• Checking orders and ensuring deliveries are made accurately
• Communicating professionally and positively with customers and venue staff
• General warehouse organisation and cleaning
• Moving and organising pallets and stock
• Taking care of the company delivery vehicle, stock and equipment

You’ll be driving a Renault Master automatic van or similar, so you need to be confident driving a larger commercial vehicle around Sydney.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of warehouse experience. We’re happy to train the right person.

• You must have:
• A full, unrestricted NSW driver’s licence
• A good driving record
• Confidence driving a Renault Master or similar-sized van
• Good physical fitness and the ability to repeatedly lift and carry liquor cartons and kegs
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A friendly and presentable manner when dealing with customers
• The ability to work independently and get the job done without constant supervision
• A forklift licence and previous delivery or warehouse experience are an advantage but not required.

Hours

This is a full-time position working Tuesday to Friday, approximately 35-40 hours per week.

The four‑day working week means the days can be reasonably long, so we’re looking for someone comfortable with a physical job and being on the road for much of the day.
