Job summary

Glassworks (Aust) Pty Ltd, part of the Schiavello Group, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our Glendenning, Sydney warehouse. This in-person, permanent full-time role offers steady, Monday-to-Friday work in a fast-growing company.

You will pack and prepare orders, load and unload materials, assist with stock takes, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. A current forklift license is essential, and having a truck license is a plus. Own transport and a safety mindset are important.

Qualifications

• Previous warehousing experience.
• Must hold a current forklift license.
• Truck license a plus but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to manual handle up to 30kg+
• Must have own transport.
• Safety mindset and full Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards.
• Load and unload materials and products within the warehouse.
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in inventory management and stock takes and quality checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.
• Unload containers and load/unload trucks.
• Perform other duties as reasonably directed by the Supervisor.

We are currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, ongoing work in a fast-growing company.

Our warehouse is located in Glendenning, Sydney. This is an in-person role.

Permanent Full-Time, Monday to Friday

General Duties

• Packing and preparing orders for dispatch according to company standards and procedures.
• Loading and unloading materials and products within the warehouse as required.
• Adhering to all workplace safety protocols and procedures.
• Assisting in inventory management and stock control, including stock takes and quality checks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.
• Sweeping floors and operating cleaning equipment, ensuring all machinery is properly maintained.
• Reporting any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Adhering to WHS-compliant safety practices and maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
• Unloading containers as required.
• Loading and Unloading Trucks.
• Performing other duties as reasonably directed by the Supervisor.

To Be Successful:

• Previous warehousing experience
