Job summary

Harvey Norman Carindale is seeking a passionate Stockhand to join the Warehouse Team and deliver Great Service, Always! to customers. You will be involved in dispatching and receiving orders and liaising with customers to ensure exceptional service.

This role requires motivation, teamwork, and a strong eye for detail, with flexibility across retail hours including weekends and late nights. Current forklift, drivers and pickers licences are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift, Driver's and Picker's Licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching and receiving of orders and liaise with customers to provide exceptional service.
• Distribute goods in and out of the warehouse and assist with loading of trucks.
• Maintain accurate and timely handling of stock and warehouse processes.
• Adhere to WH&S policies and procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.

The Harvey Norman CarindaleWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Stockhand to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Stockhand, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets preferred
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (essential)
