Job summary

Seek.com.au is seeking a Warehouse 2IC in Brisbane to support the Warehouse Supervisor in Loganholme. You will lead a small team on the ground, ensure safety, accuracy and productivity, and coordinate with internal departments to keep operations running smoothly.

This is an on-site role with no office-based work, offering hands-on leadership across pick packing, dispatch, stock rotation and cycle counts, plus occasional deliveries. The role emphasises teamwork and practical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence (essential).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety, logistics, and manual handling.
• Knowledgeable and experience within Stock rotation, cycle counts etc
• Previous warehouse experience
• Intermediate computer skills and a knack for organization and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse operations throughout the day.
• Occasional deliveries via company vehicle.
• Work across all areas: pick packing, organising couriers, dispatch and customer service.
• Ensure stock from local suppliers or branch transfers are enacted efficiently.
• Maintain the warehouse to provide a No.1 environment for customers and staff.

Job description

As the Warehouse 2IC, you will report into the Warehouse Supervisor and help with accuracy, safety and productivity across the Loganholme warehouse operations.
