Job summary

Lucas Collective is seeking experienced Waitstaff to join our dynamic team at Hawker Hall in Melbourne. You will be guest-focused and bring a charismatic approach to your work in a fast-paced dining hall.

We celebrate growth and offer career opportunities within our collective of acclaimed venues, with a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a section waitstaff in a high volume restaurant
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
• Ability to 3-plate carry is advantageous
• Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in day-to-day operations
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays and opening/closing shifts
