Lucas Collective is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Hawker Hall in Windsor, NSW. You will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a high-performing front-of-house team.

Ideal candidates hold hospitality qualifications, have RSA certification, and are available for weekends and public holidays. This role offers growth within a vibrant hospitality group renowned for great food and service.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant.

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant compliance and health and safety practices.
• RSA certificate held and current.
• Availability for weekends, public holidays and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day front-of-house operations.
• Oversee guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Coach and develop front-of-house team members.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager will provide hands‑on support across the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team development.

The Ideal Candidate must have:

• Proven management experience in a fast‑paced restaurant
• Track record in leading and developing high‑performing teams
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus
• Strong knowledge of restaurant compliance and operational practices
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with Time & Attendance and stock management systems
• Available to work weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts
• Valid RSA certificate
• Hospitality, Management, or related qualification desired but not essential
