Job summary

The Grounds Group in Sydney is seeking casual Front of House team members including bartenders, section waiters and baristas. You will deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced setting, uphold the brand standards, and thrive as part of a lively team across iconic venues.

Applicants should have 2+ years in high-volume venues, excellent communication, and a genuine hospitality mindset. RSA is required, with full working rights in Australia and flexible availability.

Bartenders:

Days & Nights available. No late nights ever again!

Section Waiters:

Confident running your own section while keeping service smooth, fun and professional.

Baristas:

2 years minimum in high volume, if you double as a bartender as well, amazing !
