The Gluten free Japanese Restaurant in Alexandria is hiring part-time all-rounders. You will help with dishwashing, cleaning, simple food prep, serving, and POS duties across lunch and dinner shifts. No experience required and RSA not needed; English proficiency is needed to communicate with customers and team members.

Wage is around the award rate of 27.08 AUD per hour, with 3–5 shifts per week and immediate start. Long-term employment is encouraged.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Intermediate English proficiency is required for effective communication with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of Japanese foods preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Managing take-away orders and reservations via mobile/texts.

We're looking for Part time all-rounders at The Gluten free Japanese Restaurant in Alexandria.

Close to Redfern station & Waterloo station, 10-15 mins by walk & bus 308, 305, 355, 306, 370.

Open; Mon-Fri Lunch, Mon-Sat Dinner, closed on Sundays & Public Holidays.

• Dishwashing.
• Cleaning.
• Food preparation, but not included cooking, cutting & chopping, just simple task like measuring ingredients.
• Assisting a chef.
• Serving foods & drinks.
• Operating the POS for payments.
• Managing Take away orders & reservations using our mobile phone. Receiving & sending text messages.

Lunch shifts & or Dinner shifts.

3-5 shifts / week.

Immediate start.

Long term, min 6 months.

Wage; award rate ($27.08/h Gross wage)

Knowledge of Japanese foods preferred but not essential.

No experience required.

No RSA required, we're not selling alcohol.

Intermediate English proficiency is required for effective communication with customers and team members.

Free staff meal at each shift.
