Job summary

Public Dining Room in Sydney's Balmoral Beach is hiring experienced waiters with excellent communication and a passion for hospitality. Join one of Australia's iconic beachside venues and enjoy flexible rosters, a supportive team, and lucrative tips.

We welcome candidates who can multi-task, present themselves well, and provide outstanding customer service. RSA certification is required, and prior section waiter experience is preferred.

Public Dining Room is a contemporary fine-dining restaurant seating 120 guests on Sydney's beautiful Balmoral Beach. Since opening in 2008, we've built a loyal following among Mosman locals, known for quality food, fresh local ingredients with global influences, and warm, professional service.

What You'll Need
