Job summary

Intersales Group is seeking a Service/Support professional to advise customers on Case IH and New Holland precision farming systems, including GPS, telemetry, autosteering, and software. The role involves on-site consultations, installation, calibration, and ongoing support for machines across Temora, Griffith, Wagga Wagga, and Albury Wodonga regions.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair precision technology, travel as needed, and work both autonomously and as part of

Qualifications

• Experience with Case IH/New Holland precision farming systems.
• Current and valid C-class driver's license.
• Ability to travel, work autonomously and remotely.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on selection, integration, and optimization of Case IH/New Holland precision farming systems (GPS, telemetry, autosteering, field software).
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and recommend tailored precision solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of precision technology on Case IH and New Holland machinery.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Service Manager and Workshop Foreman-

• Customer Support & Consultation:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on the selection, integration, and optimization of Case IH/New Holland precision farming systems, including GPS systems, telemetry, autosteering, and field management software.
  • Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and recommend tailored precision solutions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of precision technology systems on Case IH and New Holland machinery.
• Installation and calibration of precision technology systems on new and existing Case IH/ New Holland machinery achieving customer-specific field performance outcomes.

Technical Support & Issue Resolution:

• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues related to precision technology and related machinery.
• Monitor and report on system performance, providing proactive solutions to improve functionality.
• Work with sales team and customer to ensure optimisation of machines and technology.

• A current and valid C-class driver’s license (essential)
