Job summary

Peoplecorp is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Specialist to strengthen wage compliance and governance across our Australian operations on a fixed-term basis.

You will interpret Modern Awards, analyse Workday data, and translate entitlements into practical guidance. You will lead wage compliance projects across timesheets, penalty rates and allowances, using Workday to identify risk and drive improvements. Collaboration with unions and leaders is essential.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards.
Experience leading wage compliance projects.
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
Ability to handle sensitive workplace investigations and partner with unions.
Proven stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

Interpret Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements to ensure wage compliance.
Analyse Workday data to identify risks and opportunities.
Lead wage compliance projects across timesheets, penalty rates and allowances.
Translate complex award entitlements into practical guidance for managers.
Support complex case management and partner with people leaders to ensure governance.
Promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across Australian operations.
