Job summary

Acknowledge Education's Perth campus is expanding and seeks a Student Recruitment & Partnerships Manager to grow enrolments across WA. This hands-on role focuses on building trusted relationships with education agents, prospective students, and internal teams to enable sustainable enrolment growth.

The role is hybrid—1 day WFH—and centered in Perth CBD with no direct reports. You're commercially minded, adept at rapport-building and stakeholder management, with existing agent connections in WA

Qualifications

• Commercially driven, not overly sales focused.
• Ability to walk into a room, establish rapport quickly and build lasting relationships.
• Proactive, credentialled and relationship-led approach to enrolment growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with education agents across WA.
• Develop new agent and recruitment opportunities to support enrolment growth.
• Maintain regular contact with existing partners and keep AE front of mind.
• Engage prospective students and communicate courses and study opportunities.
• Identify opportunities within the WA international education market.
• Attend agent meetings, recruitment events, information sessions and industry events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions and campus teams to support recruitment campaigns and student conversion.
• Monitor recruitment activity, market trends and enrolment performance.
• Represent Acknowledge Education professionally and authentically in the market.
