The role blends business development with technical delivery, spending two to three days weekly on client engagement and opportunity development, and the remainder delivering projects aligned with your expertise. You will lead and mentor teams, build senior client relationships, and shape opportunities across transport, water, ports, resources, defence and renewables.

Qualifications

• Senior professional with a proven track record in Environment & Sustainability in WA
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building capabilities
• Experience leading complex projects with diverse teams in a consultancy setting
• Ability to identify opportunities, shape proposals and win work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Grow the WA Environment & Sustainability business by building trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers
• Lead growth activity across priority accounts and shape opportunities early
• Deliver projects aligned with your technical background and lead multidisciplinary teams
• Provide senior technical direction, quality oversight and mentorship
• Represent Jacobs in client forums and broaden the company’s regional profile
