Job summary

Jacobs Australia seeks a Senior Asset & Operations Management Consultant to lead asset management initiatives, drive performance improvements and advise on investment decisions across water, transport, energy and facilities. You will engage clients, develop strategies, governance models and lifecycle plans to maximise asset value and lifecycle performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, IT, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering asset management, operations, maintenance or infrastructure advisory services.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, asset performance management and risk-based decision making.
• Experience in operational performance improvement, maintenance optimisation and reliability engineering.
• Experience supporting engineering, design, construction, commissioning or assurance activities on infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of asset information management and digital asset solutions.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
• Experience developing business cases, strategic plans and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of asset management, operations and maintenance advisory projects across multiple infrastructure sectors.
• Develop asset management strategies, KPIs and governance models aligned with ISO 55000.
• Undertake investment planning, lifecycle modelling and risk-based prioritisation of capex/opex.
• Drive performance optimisation through advisory, maintenance strategy and reliability improvements.
• Analyse asset data to identify opportunities and support evidence-based decisions.
• Provide engineering, design and construction assurance to ensure asset performance.
