Job summary

Lineage is launching a WA Convenience operation and seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse activities, lead frontline teams, and drive safety and efficiency from day one.

You will manage picking, packing and dispatch while upholding strict safety, quality and service standards, and you’ll build a high-performing culture aligned with Lineage’s food logistics mission.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, warehousing or transport.
• Experience leading frontline operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of safety, compliance and warehouse best practices.
• Proven ability to manage performance through KPIs and operational metrics.
• Experience with labour planning, resource allocation and productivity improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and warehouse team members
• Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership and accountability
• Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately, on time and in full
• Manage labour, equipment and resources to meet operational requirements
• Monitor and improve productivity, service and cost performance through KPI management
• Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, CoR, HACCP and relevant legislative requirements
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, transport partners and stakeholders
• Support workforce planning, training and capability development across the operation
• Act as a key leader within the site and provide operational support across shifts as required
