EnergyAustralia is seeking a Vulnerability Strategy & Partnerships Leader to champion support for vulnerable customers, including hardship and family/domestic violence considerations. You will steward external relationships with community organisations, financial counsellors and government bodies, while embedding FDV and hardship considerations across programs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with vulnerable customers, hardship programs or FDV frameworks is preferred.
• Ability to influence design and outcomes at a senior level.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of energy retail hardship frameworks and related obligations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as EnergyAustralia's primary external voice for community organisations and advocacy groups.
• Lead governance, controls and compliance for FDV and hardship operations, including internal audits.
• Identify regulatory obligations and risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead remediation when required.
• Champion risk identification across FDV programs and maintain a Risk Register.
• Support Ombudsman teams on escalated FDV and hardship complaints and guide customer outcomes.
