Job summary

Access Aged Care is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to provide on-site care within Residential Aged Care Homes on the Sunshine Coast. • A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this role.

About The Role

Access Aged Care is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to provide on-site care within Residential Aged Care Homes within the Sunshine Coast.

This opportunity offers weekday hours only, with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements. With dedicated after-hours support in place, you can switch off between sessions and protect your personal time.

You’ll provide regular weekly rounds within one or more Residential Aged Care Homes, caring for a consistent cohort of residents and building meaningful long-term relationships with residents, families and care teams.

An Access Aged Care Nurse supports your rounds, residents and follow-up care, helping coordinate care plans, investigations and communication with homes so your sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
