• Provide technical leadership that drives scalable architecture, high-quality systems, and pragmatic technology choices.
• Coach Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers to strengthen judgement, navigate complexity, and grow capability.
• Lead multiple engineering teams, creating an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Partner with product, design, business stakeholders, and product trios to manage expectations and maximise business outcomes.
• Encourage innovative approaches to process development, leveraging insights to enhance operational workflows.
