Job summary

PEXA is seeking a Head of Engineering, Workflow & Integration Services to lead engineering across a product portfolio and collaborate with Product leadership to deliver reliable software that scales. You will grow engineering managers, strengthen delivery, and foster an inclusive culture where teams own their work.

You will partner with Product and Design to translate priorities into actionable plans, oversee multiple teams, and address risks early.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of engineering teams across multiple product areas.
Experience partnering with Product and Design to translate strategy into execution.
Track record delivering reliable, scalable software with strong architectural decisions.
Ability to identify risks, dependencies and technical debt early and manage them.
Commitment to building an inclusive, collaborative engineering culture.

Responsibilities

Lead Engineering Managers across multiple teams, setting priorities and supporting growth.
Partner with the Head of Product to turn strategy into clear plans and trade-offs.
Guide teams through complex work, addressing risks and dependencies early.
Provide technical judgement on architecture, debt, security and system health.
