Kenbury is seeking a Vice President to join its Perth team, focusing on General Industrials M&A and strategic advisory. You will lead execution, manage financial modelling and due diligence, and develop client relationships while mentoring junior staff.

The role offers a leadership path in a growing advisory practice. You will work closely with senior advisers, participate in origination activities, and help shape sector coverage across General Industrials.

Qualifications

• VP level investment banking or corporate advisory experience.
• Strong M&A execution credentials and technical capability.
• Experience in General Industrials or related sectors.
• Ability to manage workstreams and mentor juniors.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates.
• Manage financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and transaction documentation.
• Work closely with senior advisers and clients throughout the transaction process.
• Oversee and develop junior team members.
