Job summary

Parks Victoria is seeking an experienced Volunteering Officer to support the delivery, coordination and continuous improvement of our statewide volunteering programs across Victoria. You will work with regional staff, community partners and volunteers to deliver safe, inclusive activities that connect people with nature.

Reporting to the Statewide Volunteering Manager, you will help develop tools, templates and systems to promote participation and strengthen program delivery, while ensuring

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience coordinating volunteering, community engagement or environmental programs.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
Ability to plan, organise and manage multiple tasks and partners.

Responsibilities

Coordinate statewide volunteering projects and activities within established frameworks.
Collaborate with regional teams, volunteers and community partners to deliver safe, inclusive programs.
Collect data, monitor outcomes and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement.
Develop tools and communications to promote volunteer engagement and participation.
Engage with Traditional Owners and community organisations to support inclusion and participation.
