Bayside Health invites applications for a Volunteer Program Manager to oversee and grow the Peninsula Volunteer Program across Frankston and surrounding areas. You will coordinate with volunteer coordinators and staff, and manage administrative and database processes.

The Volunteer Program Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning, developing and operationally managing the Bayside Health Peninsula Volunteer Program. The role liaises with and supports volunteer coordinators and key staff, maintains and coordinates the administrative and database processes associated with the program, and leads the development, implementation, training and monitoring of volunteer program initiatives. The position also coordinates volunteer recruitment, induction, training and compliance processes, maintains volunteer records, develops relevant policies and procedures, and ensures accountability against relevant accreditation, quality and best practice standards.
